A re-stocking fee of 25% will apply to all returns and customer must call (877) 655-6100 [Toll Free] for an RMA number within 30 days of your purchase. Your RMA number must be clearly marked on the outside of your package or your return will not be accepted. Due to the nature of water filtration, exchanges and refunds are only available on orders in which the product packaging has not been opened. Exchanges and refunds exclude the Shipping Fees, and it is the customerís responsibility for returning the product upon receiving approval.
